Service Description

Node7 is a web-based software platform that allows users to:

Save, organize, and manage AI prompts.
Search and retrieve prompts quickly.
Generate and refine prompts using third-party AI APIs (such as OpenAI).

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Node7.
By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.

Plans and Payments

Node7 offers three subscription tiers: Explore (Free), Build (Plus), and Scale (Pro).
Payments for Build and Scale are processed securely via Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
We do not provide prorated refunds for unused subscription periods.

Use of AI APIs

When you generate or refine prompts in Node7, the input data is sent to external AI APIs (such as OpenAI) for processing.
By using these features, you consent to this transfer and processing.
Node7 does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of outputs generated by AI models.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Node7 to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Upload, store, or share illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
Misuse AI outputs in ways that could cause harm or deception.

Data & Privacy

Your stored prompts are private and accessible only to you.
We process and store data securely.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Node7 (excluding your own prompts) remain with us.
You retain all rights to the prompts and content you create or upload.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Node7 is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Node7 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (e.g., via email or on the website). Continued use of Node7 after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
